By accessing and using MotionSite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. License and Usage

MotionSite grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our templates, sections, backgrounds, and other design assets (collectively, "Content") in accordance with your subscription plan.

  • Free Tier: You may use free assets for personal and commercial projects, but you must not redistribute the raw files.
  • Premium Tier: You have full access to all premium content for use in unlimited personal and commercial projects.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service or its Content to:

  • Redistribute, resell, lease, license, or offer the Content as standalone files or templates to any third party.
  • Create competing products or services using our Content.
  • Use the Content in any illegal, harmful, or abusive manner.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features are billed on a subscription basis or as a one-time lifetime payment. By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing period. Lifetime plans are billed once and provide access for the lifetime of the product.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content provided on MotionSite, including code, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of MotionSite or its licensors. Your use of the Content does not transfer ownership rights to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

MotionSite provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Content. In no event shall MotionSite be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
